Tiktok / Shopee Live Host
Job Description:
- To plan, schedule and host our live instagram sessions (including setting up, providing products and understanding products, responding to comments and answering questions during sessions).
- Conduct research to learn more about current trends, developments and perceptions of the subject, and then contextualize your findings.
Drive traffic and engagement by interacting with the audience, presenting products & services, handling inquiries and leading the flow of the entire live stream in a fast and lively mode.
Job Requirements:
- Can produce short videos for tiktok, instagram, website.
- Stand comfortably in front of the camera
- Fluent in Malaysian & English
- Creative positive and energetic Fun, energetic, creative, confident and able to perform in a show, with a positive attitude and joy.
- Have good knowledge and interest in fashion
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
1. Tiktok/Shopee Live Host
Account & Admin Executive
Job Description:
- To maintain all records and forms as prescribed by established policies and procedures.
- To control the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports according to the prescribed format.
- To ensure that all reports are up to date at all times.
- Ensure all site office bills on invoices are sent on time to residents/owners.
- Generate, monitor and support administrative billing and collections, correspondence, quotations, delivery orders, supplier & principal purchase orders, invoices, office administration tasks & documents.
Job Requirements:
- Accounting: More than 1 year experience (Preferred)
2. Account & Admin Executive
Admin Sales
Job Description:
- Administer and support sales & marketing activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing, sales discount, and sales return documentation in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Manage the compilation of new sales and collections.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer data, other data and filings.
- Prepare various sales reports. Update inventory list.
Job Description:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence for the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Provide support and feedback to inquiries from sales agents and customers and follow up as necessary.
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities. Assist in other tasks and ad hoc tasks as directed from time to time.

- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from finding potential leads to closing deals, including negotiations, contract signing and post-sales support.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on sales activities and achievements.
